If you have not received the confirmation email within 48 hours it will be because either:

If you have not had your confirmation email within this time you must email support@94mb.com, in your email you must include all the below:

The paypal address you used to pay the £5.99 setup fee

This is for verification purposes, we will then forward the confirmation email to the email address you contact us with. If you put Confirmation Email as the emails subject, our system will flag the message as time-critical, you will then get a response within a few hours.
Please note: until you have completed all the instructions in your confirmation email your Instant Electronic Delivery system will not function.
